O'Charleys is a go-to place in Fleming Island for a great dinner at a great price. I normally get the hamburger or the Fish and Chips. The burger is always mouthwatering and full of flavor. The fish has never disappointed. They do have a large menu and specials easy so often. The service is normally on par and the manager is always seen walking around the restaurant, visiting tables and checking on staff to ensure a smooth visit. We've also tried the Ooey Gooey Pie (caramel) pie and it's just as grand as the chocolate pie.

Well I ordered a spinach salad that had an Apple cider vinaigrette and I literally could taste it in my mouth. First I get told the dressing is no longer available, fine no problem I'll take a balsamic vinaigrette. Then the manager comes out and proceeds to tell me that they can't make my salad because they don't have spinach while the waiter waits behind me trying to put the menu in my face trying to persuade me to go with something else. I politely told the manager no thank you I would snack on the appetizers and he looked at me like I was rude for his restaurant being out of spinach. I know it sounds simple but this item was supposed to have been taken off of their menu and it was the cooks fault for not taking it off the menu. Take some responsibility for your restaurant and say you screwed up when you did. I should have gone to ruby Tuesday's, I'm sure they have spinach on their salad bar.

Haven't been here in many years.We decided to try O'Charley's again.We are very glad we did .The menu selections were great! The food was outstanding.Scott was our waiter and did an excellent job.It has been less than a week and we are going back today.

Went here after a bad experience at Taps. The burger was way better here and the service was EXCELLENT. The price was pretty inexpensive for how much you get. They have pretty good pie as well.

This place sucks if u saw what I just saw it would gross you out. Cleaning tables with a dry cloth and windex then using the dirty rag to wipe the clean small dish to dry off the extra water from the dish room that you use to put your rolls on. When I told the Manager you can careless this it denied it really I am done

I love the new menus. Awesome pictures and descriptions !!! No matter what night always seated quickly food took a tad long this visit but not bad. I tried The shrimp scampi pasta and my date tried grilled or fried chicken sandwich we both loved it great items!!!!

Superb service manager on staff constantly checking on guess, great choices on the huge menu, we tried the brunch deal and didn't disappoint can't beat steak eggs grits bacon biscuits and potatoes for 13 bucks.. Will most definitely come back.. Good job.

O'Charleys has been one of my favorite chain restaurants for a very long time, and now we live within 5 minutes of one!! That may be somewhat due to the nostalgia that I experience every time I walk through their doors (used to eat at these when we'd vacation down south as kids). In any case, our most recent experience was a good one, as described here. Our waiter, James, was attentive and had enough of a sense of humor that livened up our night. We had just played a game of restaurant roulette in which we had waited an hour and a half at one place, weren't getting anywhere, went to the next, was told an hour wait, then skipped on back to the Island where we landed here.. So we were very tired and just hungry for a good meal. I ordered a red sangria to drink and the classic chicken tender meal, one of their specialties. You read that right - I claim to be a foodie and ordered chicken tenders. The tenders are hand battered in a buttermilk mixture (GASP) and fried to perfection. I got fries along with it. The fries were lightly seasoned, not overdone like some restaurants, and the tenders moist (that was for you Annie K!) and flavorful! The sangria was just what I wanted - fruity, yet not drowned out in sugar. The rolls are really my favorite part of the whole meal. Yes, I love bread. Those gluten filled puff balls are sweet here and really make the meal for me (they were actually the determining factor this evening on coming here vs. elsewhere). O'Charley's has a pretty broad menu, and a full bar. Once we ate at in the bar area and received great service while ordering appetizers and drinks. During happy hour they have specials on those two items, and on Wednesdays they give away free pie. Yes, FREE PIE! All you need to do is order something from the menu, but that's too easy. The place is southern rooted, so they have a good selection homey dishes, as well as some staple items like steaks, burgers, and seafood. All in all it was a good experience at O'Charleys. This place will remain in my books for nights like this when we just want something good to eat and don't want to drive far to get it.

We love this restaurant. From the moment we walk in the staff is ready to help. We have been there many times and have never been disappointed. If there is anything that you dislike about your food they make it right. I can say that I have never had any bad food there, but my palette is very tender and spicy food burns the roof of my mouth. So there have been times I've had to send back my food. They have graciously given me something else instead and sometimes have even taken out whatever spices the dish beyond my capability to eat it. They are never nasty nor do they ever make me feel badly because of my sensitive mouth.

I came here for lunch with 6 of my coworkers. We didn't call ahead, but we were promptly seated immediately. The restaurant has a pretty casual atmosphere. The space seems new and immaculate. They have a large menu selection, which includes lunch specials. With the lunch specials, you pick two items from a pre-selected menu. I was the only one who opted for the lunch special and though my portions were a lot smaller than my coworkers, it was still a lot and enough for me to feel stuffed. Lunch came with warm, sweet rolls for everyone at the table. Also, currently, they have a promotion where if you dine-in on Wednesday, you get a free slice of pie afterwards. Everyone at the table got their free slice of pie. There are five types of pie to choose from. Our server was very friendly and prompt for the most part.

This restaurant was OK. The place was packed. Mallory was our server and she was great. The best parts about the meal were Mallory, the rolls and the coffee. We ordered the spinach dip which was... OK. Not bad... just... OK. I ordered the Pretzel Burger med-well and got a well dine burger with some prices I had to pick off because they had char on it. We also ordered the Plank grilled salmon which was also overcooked but had good flavor. All in all... of was OK. I t reminded me of an "older person" Denny's... without the Breakfast.

I ordered chipotle chicken tenders as an appetizer, ribeye, loaded baked potato, and green beans. Everything was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfect. Great flavor. Service was quick and very courteous and polite. Drink was never empty. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the fact I only was able to take two bites of the tenders before my main course showed up. Overall, I will definitely be back again.

Charley's has some of the best staff I've encountered! SERVICE: From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by the host, a young man with a great personality. We chose to sit in a booth in the bar area and before I could get my coat off the bartender was at our table explaining the happy hour specials and taking our order. Our server was a breath of fresh air...happy, joking and full of energy. FOOD: The menu is large which sometimes can make the quality of the food falter but my husband asked in they served chicken fried steak and was told they had just added it to the menu. I ordered the cowboy steak. The chicken fried steak was fantastic, you could cut it with a fork. The downside, the mashed potatoes on both of our plates were cold and my steak was overcooked and over seasoned. They placed both main courses on top of the potatoes which made everything on the plate taste the same. All in all, we will go back and I will try something else on the menu because the service was exceptional! TOTAL: $36.00 including 3 drinks
